Returns

Customer satisfaction is our goal! If the product does not meet your expectation, we want to hear about it and we want to make it right. We will exchange your product for another item or give you a refund. We want you to continue shopping with us and happy customers are the way to make that happen. If you need to contact us about your order, please send a message by using Contact Us or email info@debonairbeardcare.com.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@debonairbeardcare.com.. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

We will notify you once we’ve received your return and processed your refund to the original payment method. Please remember it can take up to 5 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Shipping

US Shipping

USPS First Class Mail - $4.99, or 

USPS Priority Mail - $8.99 (weight up to 75 lbs.)

Express and International Shipping are calculated at checkout.

Standard shipping - takes an average of 3-8 business days in transit after order processing.

Priority Shipping - takes 2-4 business days in transit after order processing. Shipment timeline is determined by USPS and is not guaranteed and may take longer during peak Holiday shopping times.

International shipping

International packages to arrive based on your local customs office processing Packages typically 7-25 business days to arrive. Debonair Beard & Skincare is not responsible for any taxes, duties, import fees, or shipping fees assessed by your customs or local postal service. Please check with your local offices before placing an order.

Delayed/Lost Packages

Debonair Beard & Skincare will do our best to help track and locate packages. However, your local post office or express shipper can offer the best information regarding delayed or lost packages. If a package is 5 or more business days late and you have been unsuccessful in resolving the issue with your local post office or express shipper (they are unable to provide updated tracking information or estimated delivery date) we will re-ship the package to you at no additional charge. If the original package is received, please refuse delivery and/or mark return to sender on unopened packages and return to post office.
